The PT features a large, steel base with a diamond plate surface, adjustable levelling feet and cable. Optional ramps facilitate loading and unloading heavy objects. The platforms are available with or without indicators. Adam offers a range of indicators, including the GK, GC and AE 403.
The PT platform scale is designed for weighing oversized pallets, crates, large items and containers in shipping warehouses, production floors or on loading docks.
The PT range features a low-profile design for easy access and diamond-plate surface to help stabilise loads, while optional ramps facilitate loading and unloading. PT platforms are compatible with Adam weight and counting indicators and can be used to to perform increased weighing functions such as checkweighing, parts counting and dynamic/ animal weighing.
Adam Equipment PT Platform Scales are supplied with the multifunctional GJK indicator as standard. As well as clear, accurate weight results, this indicator has an RS232 interface to allow connection to a PC or printer. GK indicators come complete with checkweighing functions and lights to allow you to rapidly check weights to make sure that product is the same or has the same content.
Unlike many other platforms, the PT series is designed and manufactured from thick 8mm channel tube and has full welded joins, other lesser quality platforms are built to a price and therefore will not last as long in a rigorous warehouse environment. The PT range has proven to be a reliable study product and comes with a shielded and protected cable length and self-levelling feet.
